The scope of work includes cleaning the following items:
- desks
- computers
- phones
- skirtings
- light fittings
- toilets and bathrooms
- kitchens
- glass partitions
- windows
- light switches
- vacuuming
- mopping
- spot cleaning of walls
- emptying of bins
- replenishing consumables
The following cleaning activities are completed on a six monthly or annual basis:
- steam cleaning carpets and chairs (every six months)
- grout cleaning (every six months)
- high pressure cleaning of eaves, outdoor walls, and pavers (every six months)
- buffing of wooden floors (annually)
- vinyl buffing and sealing (annually)
On the commencement of a new commercial contract, Klean N Fresh’s OH&S Consultant will create a HSEQ site management plan which will cover the specific safety and environmental requirements for the contract. Klean N Fresh are experienced at cleaning areas which are open to the public during the cleaning process and are confident in their ability to manage communication and safety requirements associated with these areas.
