For over 15 years, Klean N Fresh have been providing professional cleaning services to a major employment union located in North Fremantle. The premises is approximately 1280 m2. The value of the contract is approximately $34,800 pa.
The scope of work includes cleaning the following items:
- desks
- computers
- phones
- skirtings
- light fittings
- toilets and bathrooms
- kitchens
- glass partitions
- windows
- light switches
- vacuuming
- mopping
- spot cleaning of walls
- emptying of bins
- replenishing consumables
The following cleaning activities are completed on a six-monthly basis:
- steam cleaning carpets and chairs
- grout cleaning
Klean N Fresh regularly clean up after events held by this client. Services include removal of rubbish; cleaning plates, cutlery, glasses and furniture; vacuuming and cleaning of floors and wet areas including kitchen, toilet and bathroom facilities. Events have a varying number of patrons, from 30 to over 300.
