Klean N Fresh has been a trusted supplier of professional cleaning services to a banking institution located in North Fremantle for over 15 years. The area of the premises is approximately 540m2.and the value of the contract is $8,400 pa. Consistently providing high calibre service has been the key to maintaining long term client relationships.
The scope of work includes cleaning the following items:
- desks
- computers
- phones
- skirtings
- light fittings
- toilets and bathrooms
- kitchens
- glass partitions
- windows
- light switches
- vacuuming
- mopping
- spot cleaning of walls
- emptying of bins
- replenishing consumables
The following cleaning activities are completed on a six-monthly basis:
- steam cleaning carpets and chairs
- grout cleaning
Staff members have a checklist they tick off on completion of every job. Supervisors also undertake random work inspections to ensure quality is always maintained.
All Klean N Fresh staff are thoroughly vetted and checked for security purposes and have National Police Clearance Certificates.
Klean N Fresh have two groups of staff – one group works during the day and the other works during the evening for commercial cleaning. Both groups are available for urgent callouts. The organisation prides itself on being flexible and responsive to its clients’ needs.
